Refund policy

SALE ITEMS

NO refunds on sale items, but can be exchanged for a different size/colour if it is available.
EXCHANGES

To create a return or exchange email us at info@ballezza.com for a Ballezza returns form.
The returns policy is valid for 7 days, if 7 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be used and in its original condition that you received it in.
No makeup, tan or oil stains on the garments.
Must be in the original packaging with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
We cannot accept items that have had the hygiene sticker removed or obstructed in any way.
If you return an item that does not reach these requirements for any reason that is not due to our error your item will be returned back to you & will not receive refund.
RETURNS

Items must be received in its original condition, if not items will be automatically returned back to you.
Items can only be returned unworn, tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping cost returns of the items or any missing items the proses of returns.


Shipping cost are non refundable.
